I find it difficult to separate my studies into categories.

Theology is so inseparably linked to history;

History to philosophy

Philosophy to literature

Literature to art

Art to poetry

Poetry to music

Music to Language

Language to English composition

English composition to the expression of all these parts of the nature of God

He has revealed Himself to us,

not through categorized, lunch-box-type education,

but through an entire world teeming

with complexity.

vibrating with liveliness

desperately trying to fully explain a Triune God to us,

and us to ourselves.

No excuses.

No explanation for disbelief, save one

Refusal, like a denial,

blindness to reality that surrounds us

Are we deaf too, sometimes?  When we hear the heartbeat of the Creator

not in, but echoing through His creation

and ignore it?

Education is largely worthless

unless it discloses to us the knowledge of God

tempered with wisdom.

unless it teaches us Who He is and how He is to be served.
